Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks performed recently on a New York City rooftop for Pitchfork.TV. In the performance of “Tigers,” Malkmus wore a Detroit Pistons hat, but in the three subsequent songs he donned a Silver Jews trucker hat in the style of the New York Jets. I want this hat! It is not available on the Jews’ Drag City merch page. Apparently, it was on sale during their 2006 tour. DCB, I would be happy to pay the $20 that so upset this guy.
